HI, MY NAME IS LAURA
Certified movement + mindfulness guide and Proud fellow human. I am in constant awe and wonder of creation, including the talents and skills we we’re given human beings. That’s why I dedicate my work to life and the wellbeing of my fellow humans.
Life happens through the body. Move with intention, breathe with awareness, and everything gets richer. I share the tools that have shaped my own life, so you can feel strong, grounded, and fully in yours.
1:1 Guidance
Movement and mindfulness coaching tailored entirely to you. Experience what it feels like to be deeply seen. No templates, no one-size approach, just the tools that work for your body and your life.

Classes + Workshops
Pilates, yoga, and mobility in the studio and outdoors. For individuals and small groups who want to move well and feel it. Workshops for those ready to dive deeper.
Close attention is at the heart of my work. To what the body is telling us, what we need, and what we might not have words for yet. Learning to listen to yourself, to know whether you need grace or a challenge in a moment, is a practice in itself. In 1:1 sessions we explore the inner voice and work our session out from there; the pace, the practice, the direction we take. Nothing is off the shelf.
In group settings that same attention shifts into something different. Who needs to be challenged, who needs permission to rest, when to lead with a strong voice and when to step back and become a quiet container so the group can find its own rhythm. Whether on a mat, a paddleboard, or a mountainside, the intention is always the same: create the conditions for people to feel something real. To feel alive.
The tools are practical.
The approach is deeply personal.

In my movement classes, you'll build strength, increase flexibility, and learn to listen to your body. The goal is to take charge of your wellbeing, and connect more deeply with yourself.
